THE Neighborhoodclinic

The Neighborhood Clinic is a single story, 9,700 SF facility offering a wide variety of medical services. The proposed program of the Clinic includes adult and pediatric medical and dental services, mental health and a pharmacy. The organization selected the site based on the adjacent demographics (primarily single-family homes), and the proximity to public transportation.  The site is an excellent location and is well suited for one of the Clinic’s main goals – to provide healthcare services to all sectors of the community, regardless of ability to pay.

The building design incorporates sustainable features including exterior shading at windows, natural materials, drought tolerant landscaping and low VOC finishes and furnishings.
